This page explains how to delete your MM Retail account and the data associated with it, as required by Google Play. Deletion is available to every user — you can do it yourself inside the app, or request it by email if you no longer have the app installed.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (instant)
- Open MM Retail and sign in
- Open the menu → Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm with your password and follow the prompts
Deletion takes effect immediately: your login is removed and your business data is deleted from our systems.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app or can’t sign in, email us from the email address registered to your account:

Include: your registered email address (and business name, if you remember it)
Send Deletion Request
We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm by reply email.
What gets deleted
- Your login account (email authentication)
- Your business/shop records: products, customers, suppliers, sales, purchases, expenses, payments, staff, and reports data
- Your subscription record (any active paid period ends without refund, per the Terms of Service)
What is not deleted by us
- Backups in your own Google Drive — files created by Backup & Restore live in your Drive account under your control; delete them from Google Drive yourself if you wish.
- Documents you shared — invoices/receipts you sent via WhatsApp or other apps are on the recipients’ devices.
- Crash/analytics logs — anonymous diagnostic records age out of Google Firebase automatically (up to 90 days).
Deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your business records cannot be recovered — export any reports you need before deleting.
